You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 60 calendar days have passed since the delivery date, we will not be able to offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
To submit your return, please contact support@cliganic.com to receive return instructions. Orders returned without these instructions cannot be processed for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are NOT included.
