"If you order from the website and need to cancel or return your order they will give you the run around. I placed an order December 7th. I requested to cancel the order same day as I was going to reorder the correct product. They shipped anyway. I then requested return instructions and to date they have not sent label or instructions. Some rep named Jacqueline keeps given me the run around. She says team members are on vacation. I still have not been able to return product. They don't have a number to call through the website"
