How to use:
- Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid the face and sensitive areas on the body, and never ingest. Use lower amounts if around children and elderly.
- When applying topically, mix 2 drops per 1 tablespoon of carrier oil, including unscented creams, lotions or gels, and apply specifically on sore areas.
- When diffusing, use 4 drops in the diffuser of your choice.
