How to Use your DIY Aromatherapy Personal Inhaler to Navigate Holiday Stress.

Aromatherapy empowers us not to let stress and overwhelm make us feel anxious by harnessing the calming influence of scents. When we inhale essential oils like lavender or chamomile, our brain's emotional center, where our stress response resides, is gently reassured, promoting relaxation and focus. The soothing aromas act as emotional anchors, grounding us in moments of overwhelm and anxiety. This sensory experience helps break the cycle of worry, enabling us to face challenges with a clearer, calmer mind. Aromatherapy becomes our fragrant ally, providing the strength needed to navigate through stress, worry and anxiety.

Here’s how best to use your personal inhaler so you can feel calmer when faced with stressful situations that are beyond your control.  Whenever you find yourself feeling anxious, take out your personal aromatherapy inhaler, uncap it, and in slow breaths, hold the inhaler under your nose and breathe.  Allow the blend of aromas to calm the worry in your mind, and offer you a sense of groundedness and inner strength.  You can sniff your personal aromatherapy inhaler as often as needed throughout the day and night.

"I recently researched the best treatment for dry skin and scalp...I then came across some helpful info on the benefits of Jojoba oil and decided to look for an organic brand. Your oil is truly wonderful. I now use it exclusively for skin and scalp, only adding frankincense essential oil for its calming effects. This combo is exceptional. I'm very glad I found Cliganic."
