How to Use Aromatherapy to Feel More Happy
The best and most effective way to use your DIY Aromatherapy Inhaler, is to have your child carry it with them throughout the day and use it whenever they start feeling confused, unclear and that it’s hard to concentrate.
At that moment, tell them to try and find a quiet place to stand or sit still, pull out the inhaler and give themselves 1 minute. All they need to do is remove the outer tube cap and hold the inhaler about an inch from their nose, close their eyes and sniff. They can do this as often as needed until they start feeling more focused.
Incorporating an aromatherapy inhaler into your daily routine can significantly enhance your emotional well-being. By inhaling soothing scents like peppermint, frankincense, lemon, grapefruit and rosemary, your child will activate a direct pathway to their brain that triggers feelings of focus and improved concentration.
