DIY Gel Roll-On for Healthier Joints

If our joints feel achy and sore, it can be a challenge to move freely and enjoy simple everyday activities.  And the restrictions to our movements can make us feel sad and discouraged. It doesn’t matter what age you might be; joint soreness and discomfort can happen to all of us!

Fortunately, there are natural remedies available that can help improve the health of our joints, and one of those remedies is aromatherapy using essential oils.

Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts that contain the molecules that give the plant its signature aroma. And these aromatic molecules have the potential to soothe and relieve many of our most common physical ailments while improving our mood and balancing our emotions at the same time.

These oils can be used in a variety of ways, including inhalation and topical application. And when it comes to joint health, essential oils are best used topically, in a cooling gel, or inhaled through using a diffuser.

One of the primary benefits of essential oils for joint health is their ability to reduce inflammation. Many essential oils, such as ginger, turmeric, and frankincense, have anti-inflammatory properties that can help alleviate joint pain and discomfort. In addition, certain essential oils like peppermint and eucalyptus can provide a cooling or warming sensation that can soothe sore joints.

Essential oils can also help improve joint mobility and flexibility. As we age, our joints can become stiff and less flexible, making it harder to move and perform everyday activities.

Plus, essential oils like lavender, turmeric and rosemary can help relax and loosen tight muscles and joints, promoting greater mobility and flexibility.

Aromatherapy using essential oils can also provide mental and emotional benefits that can be helpful for those experiencing joint pain. Essential oils like lavender and bergamot are known for their calming and stress-relieving properties, which can be beneficial for those experiencing anxiety or stress related to joint pain.

So why should you use essential oils to help improve the health of your joints? One of the biggest advantages of essential oils is that they are a natural and non-invasive way to address joint pain and discomfort.

Additionally, essential oils can be used in conjunction with other natural remedies, such as exercise and a healthy diet, to provide a holistic approach to joint health. By incorporating essential oils into your daily routine, you can help support the health and wellness of your joints, while also promoting overall physical and emotional well-being.

"I recently researched the best treatment for dry skin and scalp...I then came across some helpful info on the benefits of Jojoba oil and decided to look for an organic brand. Your oil is truly wonderful. I now use it exclusively for skin and scalp, only adding frankincense essential oil for its calming effects. This combo is exceptional. I'm very glad I found Cliganic."
